[SIMS] Initial Setup Costs

Hi All, Our SLA costings for ICT Services from the LEA have just arrived and I have been asked my the HT here to look at what we are paying for and for whether it is worth it. SIMS is one area where we feel tied into the LEA. But... if we were to go it alone, what are the initial setup costs...
