[SIMS] Duplicate emails in student records

I am kicking myself. I tell people all the time to stop clicking like mad, only to do it myself :-( I use the SIMS Bulk import utility every year to import the new year 7's email accounts into their records in SIMS This year I was clicked the import button twice, now I have 250 student records...
