[Progresso] Head of Department access to all marksheets (screens)

Hi, what is the best way to give head of department e.g. Maths, access to all other Maths teacher's classes to be able to add grades for an absent teacher. I don't really want to add the hod to each class as we have about 8 classes x 5 year groups and would have to do that for other subjects too....
