Extra Period on a Wednesday

Hi, Does anyone know the best way to add an extra lesson just to the end of Wednesday for a review/homework type lesson that is not part of the model. I only know to add it to each day, blank the other days and then add an alternative curriculum to the wednesday. Main issue is that there are 1500...
